Symphony Healthcare Services: Scaling Type 2 Remission

Symphony Healthcare Services in Wincanton set an objective to achieve 50 cases of type 2 diabetes remission with their cohort of over 400 patients. Patient activation was 97% with an 8% mean body weight loss amongst participants.

Low Carb Program: BDA review

The British Dietetic Association (BDA) released a comprehensive, positive overview of the NHS-approved Low Carb Program App concluding that “following the program will support individuals to improve the quality of their diet, lose weight and likely improve their diabetes control.”

University of British Columbia: Usability study

The Low Carb Program has partnered with the Diabetes Prevention Research Group to evaluate the barriers and facilitators to engaging in the Low Carb Program and making dietary changes both within the time-period of the program and for a year follow-up.

Low Carb Program: impact on symptoms of sugar addiction

Using the Low Carb Program reduces the symptoms of sugar addiction over the course of 6 months. Pending publication.

Low Carb Program usage in BAME communities

People from BAME communities using the Low Carb Program in their native language achieve as good results as their Caucasian counterparts. Pending publication.
